Okay yesterday Monday was day 8
Day 9
Day - walk 4
Night Strength workout Chest Shoulders & Triceps, Arms were fried.

Day 10
Day - walk 5
Tonight Ran 5 in 49 minutes, nice!! That was me singing in the streets of Marlborough with my I pod sorry!
