Day 2
How did everyone do?
Did you need to purge your pantry?
I really did not , just have some peanaut butter and granola bars in there that shoull go, I did some shopping last might and bought some nice grass fed beef along with some nice organic chicken and pork.
I walked a nice long walk on lunch three miles.
Today day 2
Goals Primal shopping spree
Moderate duration workout(I ran three miles before work)
Calm Relaxing evening
Diet so far this week 10 (perfect)

Pullup 2 sets
Squats 2 sets
Pullups two sets
Plank 2 sets
Play session ( mine is frisbee with dog at park)
