Day 2- Hybrid-Journey of a Coach

Day 2 Insanity /P90X Hybrid

Okay today (4:45 am)I did Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit
I love this workout. Burned almost 700 calories in the 41 minute video,
"Keep the core contracted"

The warmup was almost 10 minutes with cooldown.
"Keep the core contracted"

The stretching was almost 8 minutes with 30 second break
for water." Keep the core contracted"
The time remaining for the workout was 23.18 .
Workout consisted of Suicide drills, Lunges, football drills and basketball jumps, then there were Level 1 drills and variuos punches while squatting to round up the video and you go to cool down with 3:37 remaining.
"Keep the core contracted".

This is one of my favorites from the first month set .

Dripping wet, tired and ready for the Results and Recovery drink. Shower Dress and off to work. More phone calls for Clients and coaches!
Oh and rememeber to pack clean foods to eat very 2-3 hours through out the day. Fuel the body!
