Day 4
Okay yesterday, I did Shoulders & Arms in the morning and went to Kick/Box class after work last night
I warmed up good, But I really went nuts in there did 700+ calories there a lot more than last time. She has us jumping up for the knee lifts, it is an awesome Core workout!
I wore my 2 pound hand weights , it kicked my a** ,no pun intended,
Love it .
I was too sore & tight for Cardio recovery this morning so I stretched with the strap for about 30 minutes and entertained the dog( Trevor).
I will do the Recovery workout later,
Up to 60 degrees today walking on lunch for sure!
