Day 45 Done Plyometric Cardio Circuit
I was able to get down to the workout room and stretch for 10 minutes prior to wo , dog woke me up an hour early. Made a big difference on my tight back and hamstrings.
This was my best workout so Far( ever) , Still have to work on a couple of the moves , but I busted the level three drills perfectly .
Calorie burn back up to 900 !!
Yoga at the gym tonight and Max Recovery tomorrow. Love it !!
