Day 55 Insanity Core Cardio & Balance
Okay it is the end of week7 , I ran 4 miles t the Gym last night so the legs were a bit tired.. Core cardio and balance is a respite from the super tough Insanity workouts and it is a solid method to work on the Core strength as well as the thighs , glutes, obliques and shoulders. Looking forward to a little yoga or skiing , well see.
On to last week (week 8) Monday.
Then we take a week off and start a P90X /Insanity Hybrid on 14 March ,2011
BTW down 18 pounds since X mas and this round of Insanity and a good diet were instrumental feeling great !!!
