I love this workout now that we have done it twice. It is a good solid 47 minutes of a Yoga type workout, designed to give us a break from the pounding of Insanity and help to stretch and strenghten our backs, hips ,groin, shoulders and core. I had walked quite a bit yesterday so it took a bit to get my balance in the begiinnign , Itumbled a couple of times, its okay it happens. If you start your week on Mondays, it is on Thursdays just like Yoga X.
I particurly enjoy the up & down on elbows to hands, from low plank, although it does aggravate my right elbow a bit.
